We are looking for a Business Analyst who knows how to bridge the gap between complex data and real-world business strategy. In this role, you won't just be looking at spreadsheets; you'll be using data mining and visualization to solve problems and find new opportunities for our clients. What a typical week looks like
- You'll use SQL to dive into our databases, pulling out the specific datasets needed to answer big business questions.
- You will be the lead on designing and updating Tableau dashboards, making sure our stakeholders can see their performance metrics in real-time.
- You'll manage our automated reporting suite in IBM Cognos, ensuring that operational reports are accurate, timely, and easy to digest.
- When a team is facing a challenge, you'll perform quick-turnaround data analysis to help them understand what's happening and how to fix it.
- You'll work closely with both the technical IT teams and the business side to make sure we are collecting the right data and using it correctly.
Who you are
- Education: You have a Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Digital Marketing & Analytics, Business Analytics, or a similar field.
- You have hands-on experience (or strong academic training) in SQL, IBM Cognos, Tableau, and Power BI.
- You don't just report numbers; you look for the "why" behind the trends and offer solutions based on what you find.
- You can take a complex technical finding and explain it simply to someone who doesn't work with data every day.
- You take pride in making sure every report you send out is accurate and reliable.
